Over the years, selections for roofing materials have vastly changed. Whether you’re looking at replacing a residential or commercial roof, explore your options for obtaining a dynamic look with top quality products.

At All In One Contractors, we provide you with a wide range of styles and designs. We understand it’s important for you to have your property looking its best, and at the same time providing you with the protection you’re looking for. We offer all of that and more with roofing solutions like:

Asphalt Dimensional Shingles

Asphalt Roof Shingles are designed to provide you with durable results that will last for years. These shingles offer the homeowner many choices of colors and textures, as well as length of warranty and affordability.

Flat

Modified Bitumen. This application is commonly used on flat porch roofs, sheds, garages, and any flat area of your home that flat roofing may be necessary. Modified bitumen comes in several colors, one of which will probably match the shingled portions of your roof. For any pitch under a 3/12 this product should be a consideration.

Slate Shingles

Slate/stone shingles are a highly durable option. These shingles provide you with a colorful, handcrafted look that adds to the overall appearance of your home. Slate has unlimited benefits and uses; its unique properties include: Strength, Durability, Fire Resistance, Water Resistance, and Minimum Maintenance. There are also many synthetic slate shingles offered as well.

Standing Seam Metal

The standing seam metal roof is an exciting breakthrough in the technology of roofing. A standing seam metal roof system is puncture resistant and offers protection against the elements of weather. Durable and long lasting, a metal roof can be retrofitted over many existing roofing materials; it is available in a wide range of colors and styles.

Tile

Tile is quickly becoming an alternative choice to cedar shake in the Colorado market with 30 percent of all new homes using tile. Concrete roof tile gets harder with age and is among the most durable products available.

Concrete Standard Weight Tile is ideal for both new construction and re-roof projects in all geographic areas. For re-roofing applications using a standard weight tile, a structural engineer should be consulted to determine if any structural reinforcement of the roof support system is necessary.

Lightweight Tiles are designed for re-roof applications in which the roof structure or local codes dictate that lightweight products should be utilized.  This is an attractive option for the existing home, considering most building codes require additional structural reinforcements.

Both of these options are offered in a variety of styles and colors.

Wood Shake

Traditional Wood Shake shingles have a long history in America’s homes. It’s hard to beat the beauty of this natural roofing option. Shakes come in a variety of sizes, colors and shapes, and can add to the warm look of your home.

Synthetic Shake shingles are a carefully crafted synthetic shake roof that displays a deep-grained surface reminiscent of the texture of natural cedar shakes.  This is a worry-free and low maintenance roof because this artificial shake is impervious to insects, termites, rot, mold, mildew and freeze-thaw damage.

There are a vast variety of products to choose from. With unbelievable choices in design and color, you can match your home’s architectural style to create a unique look for your home.
Whether you have a particular style in mind, or are looking for a color to compliment your surroundings, we have a style you’ll love.
